Annika Nieper

Annika Nieper is a Research Fellow at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Behavioral Ethics, Gossip, and Social Norms. She contributes to the ERC Consolidator Grant project "Force-of-Gossip" while pursuing her Ph.D. in Organization Sciences.

• Research: Focuses on unethical behavior, reputational mechanisms, and policy-relevant insights through lab and field studies.
• Teaching: Supervises Master's thesis projects in social sciences.
