معرفی
Annika Lutz is a Researcher in the Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Luxembourg's Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. Her work focuses on eating disorders, body image, interoception, and self-regulation using psychophysiological methods like electroencephalography (EEG) and virtual reality. She holds a PhD from INSIDE (2015) and a Diplom (MSc) from the University of Würzburg, Germany, specializing in clinical psychology and psychophysiology.
Her research explores mechanisms underlying eating disorders, particularly anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, integrating neurophysiological and behavioral approaches. Current projects include the 'EMO-EAT' study examining emotional and restrained eating behaviors. She is affiliated with the Institute for Health and Behaviour and the Research Group on Self-Regulation and Health under Prof. Claus Vögele.
Key interests span gastric interoception, stress responses, and digital psychotherapy applications. She speaks German, French, Luxembourgish, English, and Spanish, and her work bridges clinical and experimental psychology.
Publications emphasize interoceptive accuracy, psychophysiological markers in eating disorders, and the neural basis of self-regulation. Awards and grants include the FNR/AFR grant (2011–2015). Her contributions include developing clinical assessment tools and validating self-report measures for interoceptive perception.
