Annie Andronov is a Lecturer at the Institute of Policing (IoP), Staffordshire University. With a 30-year policing career in the West Midlands Police, she specialized in investigative roles, including Detective Sergeant in Professional Standards and Anti-Corruption Units. Post-retirement, she transitioned to policing education, designing and delivering training programs such as Tutor Constable Courses and interview training. Her academic focus includes forensic science, serious crime investigation, and police welfare.
