Annelies Aerts is a Researcher, teacher trainer, and internship coordinator at AP University College since January 2014, specializing in pre-school and primary education. She holds a Master's degree in Educational and Training Sciences (2009) and previously worked as a primary school teacher (2004–2010) and contributor to Antwerp's education network on retention policy alternatives. Her roles combine academic research with practical training initiatives.
