Anne Schaefer

Anne Schaefer is an Associate Teaching Professor of French and Francophone Studies at the University of Notre Dame's College of Arts and Letters. Her research focuses on Early Modern French literature and culture (17th-18th centuries), particularly eighteenth-century tales, food literature, and representations of money in literature. She holds a Ph.D. in Romance Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill and is completing certification in French for Specific Purposes.
