Anne Rozwat

Dr. Anne Rozwat is an Associate Professor of Optometry and Chief of the Primary Eye Care Service at the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO). She has been affiliated with ICO since 1995, following her residency there. Her professional roles include teaching, clinic supervision, committee leadership (e.g., Admissions Committee, Faculty Candidate Committee), and serving as an ACOE consultant. Her clinical and research interests focus on primary eye care education and visual performance in optometric practices. Dr. Rozwat holds a Doctor of Optometry (1994, Indiana University) and a BA from Amherst College (1990).

Her research includes contract projects with Essilor on progressive lens efficacy. Notable honors include membership in the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Rozwat is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Optometry and the American Optometric Association, contributing to both clinical and academic optometry advancements.
