Anne Morin is an Associate Professor at Aarhus University's Danish Institute of Education (DPU) in the Educational Psychology department, based at the Emdrup campus in Copenhagen. With over 20 years of academic and research experience, she serves on the Education Board for the Master's degree programme in Educational Psychology and maintains an active research profile with 47 publications and 7 research projects.
Dr. Morin's research focuses on inclusion and exclusion dynamics in school settings, with particular emphasis on children in distress, diagnoses, and participation opportunities. Her work explores the critical intersection between Educational Psychological Counseling (PPR), school professionals, and child psychiatry, examining how these sectors collaborate to support vulnerable students. A distinctive aspect of her research involves empirical analyses of children's own perspectives on their school experiences, ensuring student voices inform educational practice and policy.
Her recent publication record shows significant productivity, with 10 publications in 2023 and 14 in 2024-2025, demonstrating active engagement in her field. Her work with the Education Board at DPU and participation in the Knowledge Work Group on Team Collaboration and Resource Persons (2013-2014) demonstrate her commitment to shaping educational practice and policy through research-informed approaches.
