معرفی
Anne Marie Rubin (1919-1993) was a pioneering Danish architect and urban planner who became Professor of Urban Planning at Aalborg University Centre in 1974. During Denmark's rapid postwar development, she advocated for balanced approaches to coastal planning that preserved public access and landscape integrity while accommodating tourism growth.
Her most significant work was the regional 'Rubin Plan' for South Lolland's coast, which pioneered integrated landscape analysis to guide holiday home development through conservation of beaches, agricultural patterns, and community spaces. This approach established best practices for managing tourism expansion while protecting environmental and aesthetic values.
