Anne-Marie Morgan is a Professor and Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning, at the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, and Education, University of New England. She specializes in Languages and Literacy Education as a member of the English, Literacies and Languages Education (ELLE) teaching team and contributes to the Languages, Literacies and Literature (LLL) Research Network.

Her 2018 article in The Conversation analyzed the relationship between ATAR scores and teacher education program success, arguing for balanced entry criteria that prioritize both academic benchmarks and diverse pathways to improve teacher quality while maintaining equity.
