Dr Anne-Marie Boylan is a Departmental Lecturer and Senior Research Fellow at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford. She holds a PhD and BSc from Queen's University Belfast and leads research on patient experience and health service improvement through qualitative methods and evidence synthesis. As Principal Investigator for an NIHR-funded project, she examines online patient feedback in primary care contexts.
