Dr. Anne Görlich is an Associate Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Aalborg University. Her work focuses on youth studies, vocational education, and mental well-being. She holds a PhD from the Centre for Youth Research (CeFU) and has held roles such as qualitative consultant and external lecturer at international institutions. She currently leads multiple research projects, including studies on youth mental health, educational trust, and LGBTQIA+ school experiences in Nordic countries.

Research Interests: Her research explores youth marginalization, vocational education systems, educational trust dynamics, and the psychologization of youth experiences. She employs innovative methods like poetic inquiry to analyze affective dimensions of learning and employs qualitative approaches to understand complex social phenomena.
