Annabelle Müller serves as a Research Fellow at the Chair for Strategy and Organization within the Faculty of Social Sciences, Economics, and Business Administration at the University of Bamberg. Holding an M.Sc. in International Business Administration from Bamberg and a Bachelor's in International Management from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, she has been employed as a research associate since February 2022 after professional experience in purchasing and controlling roles across Germany and the United States.

Her research centers on sustainability strategy, examining how organizational structures enable enduring sustainability practices through strategy-as-practice lenses. Current work analyzes discretion-making in sustainability contexts and organizational responses to grand challenges.
Müller's 2023-2025 publications reveal a concentrated focus on organizational sustainability within strategic management, featuring recurring themes of structural dynamics, scaling mechanisms, and practical implementation challenges. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with empirical case studies across major conferences including AOM, EGOS, and SMS.
