Annabel David is a Course Tutor and Clinical Psychologist affiliated with the University of Oxford and the Oxford Children’s Hospital. She completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2014 and has since specialized in integrating psychological care within pediatric physical health services.

Annabel leads psychological provision in the paediatric gastroenterology service at Oxford Children’s Hospital, working therapeutically with children and adolescents facing psychological challenges related to physical health. She also coordinates undergraduate psychology placements and mentors students through the university’s Clinical Psychology doctoral program.
Her research focuses on child and adolescent physical health, psychological well-being, health-related stigma, and the familial impact of chronic illness. Since September 2024, she has contributed to the Clinical Psychology doctoral program as a course tutor and supervisor.
