Dr. hab. Anna Łaszkiewicz is a Professor in the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz. She has been teaching at the university since 2003 and currently serves as the Head of the Center for Trade Research and Analysis 'Phygital Commerce.' Her academic work spans both theoretical research and practical business applications.
Her educational background includes a master's degree in Foreign Trade Organization and Technology and a doctoral degree in Management and Marketing. She holds a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in economics specializing in management sciences.
Professor Łaszkiewicz's research primarily focuses on value creation in digital environments, with particular emphasis on co-creation of value with consumers, influencer marketing, and eCommerce. Her work explores how digital technologies transform marketing practices and consumer-business relationships in the modern marketplace.
Her publications demonstrate a strong trajectory in digital marketing research, with notable books published in 2022, 2018, and 2017 covering influencer marketing, value co-creation in virtual environments, and consumer behavior in the context of globalization and new technologies.

Professor Łaszkiewicz actively supervises doctoral students and directs postgraduate studies in eCommerce. She maintains strong connections with the business world, having previously managed marketing at MultiBank (now mBank), the Business Angels Guild, and Komfort S.A., where she was responsible for rebranding and implementing omnicommerce solutions. She currently advises entrepreneurs on marketing and communication strategies.
She leads the Center for Trade Research and Analysis 'Phygital Commerce,' which focuses on the intersection of physical and digital commerce environments, reflecting her expertise in phygital (physical+digital) marketing strategies.
