Anna Troisi

Anna Troisi is a Senior Lecturer and Reader in Creative Computing and Equitable Futures at the Creative Computing Institute (CCI) of the University of the Arts London (UAL). Her interdisciplinary work bridges technology, human interaction, and creative expression, with a focus on equitable futures. She holds a PhD in Computer Science Engineering (Nanotechnology) from the University of Salento and a Laurea in Computer Science from the University of Bologna. Her academic roles include Deputy Chair of UAL’s Research Ethics and Knowledge Exchange Sub-Committee, Acting Program Director at CCI, and member of the UKRI IAC.

Research Interests: Design for Change framework, computational ethics, environmental data sonification, sound art, and non-violent communication methodologies. Her work addresses social and environmental challenges through interdisciplinary collaborations, such as the Coastal Aural Archive project in Kenya and the CEDAR citizen science app.
