Anna Stoll is a Researcher in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. She works in the Sortwell Lab studying neuroinflammation’s role in Parkinson’s Disease using the alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibril model.
Education:
- B.S. in Forensic Science (Molecular Biology & Toxicology concentration) from John Jay College of Criminal Justice
- M.A. in Biological Sciences from Hunter College, NY
Her research focuses on translational neuroscience, particularly mechanisms linking neuroinflammation to Parkinson’s pathology. She joined MSU’s Pharmacology and Toxicology Department in 2016.
