Dr. Anna Saunders is a Lecturer at the ANU Law School, specializing in international law, legal history, and the intersection of property law with climate change. She holds a PhD from University College London (UCL), alongside degrees from Melbourne Law School and Harvard Law School. Her research examines legal transformations in patent systems, decolonial legal frameworks, and the political economy of constitution-making.
