Anna Riehl Bertolet is a Professor of English at Auburn University's College of Liberal Arts, specializing in early modern literature and culture with particular focus on Shakespeare, Elizabeth I, visual culture, and material culture. She has authored multiple books and articles, including The Face of Queenship: Early Modern Representations of Elizabeth I, and co-edited significant collections such as A Biographical Encyclopedia of Early Modern Englishwomen and Tudor Court Culture.
