Anna Pawlak, PhD, is a Lecturer at Vistula University, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and International Relations and the Department of Finance and Accounting. She earned her doctoral degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in financing international trade. With over 20 years of professional experience, she held management roles at Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych S.A., co-founding and leading a department focused on insuring investment projects. Since 2018, she has been an academic lecturer, emphasizing practical expertise in credit risk assessment, insurance instruments, and banking operations.
Her research interests include management accounting, banking systems, credit risk management, and enterprise financing strategies. She contributed to Vistula University’s international collaborations, including accreditation of the Finance and Accounting program and program directorship in Economics and Finance since 2021. Her work involves managing academic initiatives and EU-funded projects, such as the Doctoral seminar in Management and Quality Studies and Business and Security Analytics programs.
Anna also oversees interdisciplinary programs like the Polish-British double diploma with London South Bank University and participates in logistics, tourism, and hospitality management initiatives across Vistula University’s branches in Pultusk, Gdańsk, and other locations.
