Dr. Anna Olijnyk is a Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide, within the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. She holds leadership roles as Director of the Public Law and Policy Research Unit and Convenor of the SA Chapter of the Australian Association of Constitutional Law. Her research focuses on the intersection of courts, government branches, and public law principles such as fairness, integrity, democracy, and the rule of law. Key areas include judicial handling of caseload pressures, procedural fairness in technologically mediated government decisions, and the operational dynamics of tribunals.
Dr. Olijnyk is eligible to supervise Masters and PhD candidates. Her work bridges theoretical legal frameworks with practical governance challenges, emphasizing the evolution of public law in modern administrative contexts. She is affiliated with the Public Law and Policy Research Unit, which supports interdisciplinary inquiry into legal and policy issues.
