Anna Nikulina

Anna Nikulina is a Lecturer at the Department of Technology and Operations Management within the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her work focuses on interorganizational relationships, expectancy theory, and qualitative research methods. She holds a Doctoral Thesis titled 'Interorganizational Governance in Projects: Contracts and collaboration as alignment mechanisms' (2021).

Her research explores alignment mechanisms in project collaborations, supplier motivation in performance-based contracts, and governance structures in interorganizational settings. She has been recognized with the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management Best Paper Award 2022 for her work applying expectancy theory to supply chain dynamics.
