Prof. Dr. Anna Lipphardt is a Professor of Cultural Studies at the University of Freiburg, specializing in culture and mobility in Europe. She holds a PhD in Cultural Studies from the University of Potsdam and has held academic positions including Junior Professor (W1) and leadership roles in interdisciplinary research groups like the Cultures of Mobility in Europe (COME). Her research focuses on migration, transnationalism, political anthropology, and the NSU complex, with regional emphases on Eastern Europe, Germany, and the U.S.
