Anna-Lena Glader is a researcher at Stockholm Business School, affiliated with the Department of Business Administration at Stockholm University. Her work focuses on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial learning, particularly within Swedish schools with business profiles.
Her research explores how stakeholders interpret the concept of entrepreneurial identity through qualitative methods inspired by Barbara Czarniawska's translation theory, incorporating theoretical frameworks from Pierre Bourdieu. She is an active member of the Entrepreneurship, Organization & Society (EOS) research group, which develops knowledge about alternative forms of entrepreneurship.
Glader's current projects examine the intersection of education systems and entrepreneurial practices, with a particular emphasis on meaning-making processes in institutional contexts. She can be reached at annalena.glader@sbs.su.se for collaboration or inquiries.
