Anna Lees

Anna Lees is a Professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington, specializing in Learning Sciences & Human Development. A member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, she focuses on Indigenous methodologies, early childhood education, and collaborative teacher preparation models that center Indigenous knowledge systems.

Anna Lees serves as editor for the Tribal College and University Research Journal and has earned recognition from the Spencer Foundation, Journal of Teacher Education, and Journal of Early Childhood Teacher Education.
