Anna Elbroch

Anna Elbroch holds dual roles as Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Administration at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. She previously practiced criminal and juvenile defense law for 16 years, including 9 years at the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office and 7 in private practice, specializing in youth-related legal matters. Her professional engagements include roles with the Child Welfare Education Partnership, Seacoast Framework for Collaboration, and New England Juvenile Defender Center. She earned a B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude) from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Her research focuses on Juvenile Justice, informed by her extensive legal practice and collaborations in improving youth service systems. She teaches courses including Legal Analysis & Writing, supervises the Legal Residency program, and directs the Legal Writing curriculum. She contributes to community initiatives via roles on the New Hampshire Board of Psychologists and the Seacoast Diversion Program Contract Committee.
