Anna Denecke

Anna Denecke is a Tutor at Technische Universität Braunschweig’s Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, affiliated with the Institute for Chemical and Thermal Process Engineering. Her research focuses on sustainable water treatment technologies, particularly energy-efficient processes like vacuum spray evaporation for pharmaceutical wastewater and ultrapure water production.

• Alumni of TU Braunschweig with a Master’s (2019–2021) and Bachelor’s (2015–2019) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Completed a semester abroad at Universitat Politècnica de València in 2021.

Her work includes the VacuSpray and GeTReal projects, aiming to enhance resource efficiency in water treatment. She co-authored conference contributions and oral presentations on these topics, emphasizing process optimization and sustainable design.

Anna serves as a Tutor for the lecture Design of Sustainable Processes in Energy and Process Engineering and supervises the Reaction Kinetics and Residence Time Laboratory.
