Anna Bos-Nehles

Anna Bos-Nehles is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the University of Twente’s Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences. She serves as Programme Director for the Business Administration BSc and MSc programs. Her research focuses on line managers' roles in implementing HRM innovations and fostering employee-driven organizational improvements.
