Anju Sharma

Anju Sharma is a Teaching Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Stevens Institute of Technology's Charles V. Schaefer, Jr. School of Engineering and Science. She holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Bombay University and a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Research focuses on microwave-assisted organic synthesis using green chemistry principles. She investigates solvent-free reaction environments that reduce processing time and simplify experimental setups. Additional research examines microwave-assisted polymer degradation for material recycling and repurposing applications.
