Anje Ros

Dr. Anje Ros serves as a Lecturer and Leading Lecturer at the Lifelong Learning Knowledge Center (LLO) within the Child and Education school at Fontys University of Applied Sciences since 2008, assuming the leading lecturer role in January 2025. She drives initiatives to transform schools into learning organizations through evidence-informed practices and collaboration with educational leaders.

Her research centers on educational innovation, professional development in learning organizations, and leadership evolution in educational settings.
