Anja Overgaard Thomassen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Culture and Learning within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Aalborg University. She is affiliated with the Collaborative Organizational Learning (CO-LEARN) research group and holds an ORCID identifier (0000-0003-2556-5502). Her research focuses on organizational learning, leadership in healthcare and elderly care sectors, and problem-based learning methodologies.
