Anja Hilkemeijer

Anja Hilkemeijer is Lecturer in Law at the University of Tasmania, specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and international trade law.

Her research analyzes religious freedom protections, discrimination law, and parliamentary scrutiny mechanisms. She has authored submissions on religious discrimination bills and contributed to law reform projects including the Tasmanian Constitutional Law Reform Initiative.

Hilkemeijer coordinates the law school's competition programs and previously led international student support initiatives.
