Anja Feierabend

Dr. Anja Feierabend is a Lecturer at the Center for Human Resource Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Lucerne. She holds a PhD in Psychology and Business Administration.

• Education: University of Zurich (Psychology, Business Administration, specialization in Neuroeconomics and Human Resource Management).

Her research focuses on the intersection of neuroeconomics and organizational behavior, particularly within labor economics and human resource management frameworks. She has been involved in the Swiss HR Barometer project since 2012 and previously worked as a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Human Resource Management (2008 onwards).
