Dr. Manuela Morf is a Lecturer at the University of Lucerne and a Researcher at the Military Academy (MILAC) at ETH Zurich. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Zurich and specialized in work psychology during a stay at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her research focuses on leadership, self-management, human resource management, and research methodology, particularly in developing training solutions for flexible work arrangements such as project-based work and freelancing. She has led projects at the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) in Lucerne and currently explores effective leadership strategies and organizational transformation. Her work is supported by grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation, with publications in academic journals and practitioner outlets. She also holds a certificate in higher education didactics.
