Anita Keller

Anita Keller is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen. She holds a PhD from the University of Bern (2013) and completed a postdoc at Michigan State University before joining Groningen. Her research focuses on employee and leader well-being, self-regulation, work transitions, and longitudinal occupational health studies. She serves as an associate editor for Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and editorial board member for Journal of Applied Psychology.

Research interests include stress at work, career trajectories, and dynamic self-regulation processes. Recent work explores hybrid work models, workload fatigue, and leadership psychopathy effects.
