Anita K. Krug is a Professor of Law and former Dean at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (2019–2025). She specializes in securities regulation, corporate governance, and investment management law. Krug has held roles including Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at University of Washington Bothell and Associate Dean for Research at University of Washington School of Law.
