Angélique Courbou is a Teaching Assistant Professor and Lead Advisor & Departmental Coordinator in the Department of Modern Languages at Kansas State University. She holds leadership roles in curriculum development and student advising within the College of Arts & Sciences. Her work focuses on enhancing educational outcomes through service learning, study abroad programs, and conflict resolution strategies.

Research & Contributions: Dr. Courbou pioneered the Spanish in Action CAT Community, leading service-learning trips to Costa Rica (2015) where students applied language skills to community projects. She co-led the development of an open-access Spanish Composition textbook (2021) and served as Kansas Board of Regents Core Outcomes Group Chair for Spanish, standardizing curricula across Kansas institutions.
