Angelina Snodgrass-Godoy is a Professor and Helen H. Jackson Endowed Chair in Human Rights at the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. She also serves as Director of the Center for Human Rights, holds affiliate positions in Law, Societies, and Justice, and is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Sociology. Her research focuses on human rights in Central and Latin America, with emphases on migrant justice, social inequality, and legal frameworks.

Her work has been featured in news outlets discussing ICE detention conditions, deportation policies, and human rights litigation.
