Dr Angela Whitecross is a Research Fellow at The University of Manchester, specializing in 20th century British history, oral history, and participatory research methods. Since 2017, she has served as Project Manager/Research Associate for the NHS at 70 and NHS Voices of Covid-19 initiatives. She leads the Voices of Our National Health Service oral history project, a globally significant health-focused collection housed at the British Library, emphasizing co-production with volunteers and stakeholders. Her work focuses on developing impactful participatory research practices and has contributed to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and health.
