Angela Sheedy

Angela Sheedy is a Senior Lecturer in Health Sciences at Charles Darwin University's Faculty of Health, with a Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing. Her expertise spans public health, disaster preparedness, and Indigenous healthcare.

Her research investigates quarantine management during COVID-19, multicultural nursing education, and disaster resilience in healthcare systems. She co-developed the Pandemic Quarantine Facility Guide and contributed to NT emergency response initiatives.

Recent publications analyze leadership in health crises, ethical education for nursing students, and workforce modernization for emergencies. Her work emphasizes practical solutions for frontline healthcare challenges.
