Angela Rollins

Angela Rollins, Ph.D., serves as Research Scientist and Research Director at the ACT Center of Indiana, affiliated with Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Her work focuses on mental health services research, implementation of evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Rehabilitation Psychology from IUPUI (2002), an M.S. in the same field (1999), and a B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University (1996, summa cum laude).

Her research emphasizes fidelity measurement in mental health interventions, workforce development, and addressing systemic challenges in community mental health settings. Notable projects include developing practitioner knowledge assessment tools for dual disorders treatment and analyzing the impact of serious mental illness on offender reentry outcomes.
