Angela M. Hull

Angela M. Hull is an Associate Teaching Professor at the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs, University of Missouri. She holds a Ph.D. in Policy Studies from the University of Missouri College of Education (2007) and a Master’s of Public Administration from the Truman School of Public Affairs. Her research focuses on education policy, including school finance, teacher preparation, certification, compensation, pensions, and early childhood systems development. She has conducted evaluations of school district grants (e.g., Title IID, 21st Century Community Learning Centers) and contributed to policy briefs for the Association for Education Finance and Policy (AEFP).
