Angela La Spina is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Messina's Department of Law. She holds a PhD in 'New Systematics of Civil Law' and has held academic positions since 2005, including roles as Researcher and Associate Professor. Her research focuses on contractual fairness, family law, data protection, robotics/AI in law, and European private law. She has led multiple research projects, including international collaborations on inheritance law and environmental protection.
Teaching Responsibilities: She teaches courses such as Private Law Institutions, Civil Environmental Law, and Data Protection, across undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Messina. She has also coordinated advanced training courses on topics like parental coordination and data protection compliance.
