Angela Gilmour is a PhD student at Bond University and holds roles as Semester Tutor and Senior Research Assistant within the Faculty of Society & Design. She is supervised by Dr. Megan Lee, Dr. Shawna Campbell, and Dr. Gaelle Brotto. Her research focuses on nutritional psychiatry, exploring dietary patterns and food-based interventions for depression and anxiety. She is currently analyzing secondary data and conducting randomized controlled trials targeting university students, as well as collaborating internationally on a project investigating mental health practitioners' views on nutrition integration.

Research Interests: Angela's work bridges psychology, public health, and lifestyle medicine, aiming to translate evidence into holistic, preventative mental health care models. She contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and health.
Collaborations & Teams: She is actively engaged in the Mood Food team and collaborates across seven countries. Though currently unfunded, her research emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to mental health.
