Angela Consentino

Angela Consentino, MPH, serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, contributing to the MPH@UNC program. She is a community-based epidemiologist at EpiPath Consulting, LLC, where she collaborates with public health departments and organizations on research, data analysis, and grant development. Previously, she worked as an epidemiologist for the City of Nashua Division of Public Health in New Hampshire, leading critical roles in the local COVID-19 response and community health initiatives. Her expertise includes community health assessment, strategic planning, and quality improvement.

Consentino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her research focuses on adverse childhood experiences, substance use disorder, and mental health, emphasizing collaborative approaches with healthcare organizations and community partners. She spearheaded the development of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and Community Health Assessment (CHA) while in Nashua, demonstrating her commitment to public health leadership and community-driven solutions.

Her professional background highlights skills in project management, performance measurement, and grant writing, which she applies to advancing public health practices and policies.
