Tania Centra

Tania Centra is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Susan and Alan Solomont School of Nursing, Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, University of Massachusetts Lowell. She holds a DNP from the University of New Hampshire (2022), MSN from Texas A&M University (1996), and BSN from Laurentian University (1993). Her research focuses on colorectal cancer screening barriers, health equity, and college health initiatives. She practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in College Health Services and works per diem for the Nashua Division of Public Health. Her 2023 publication in the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners addresses quality improvement strategies in colorectal cancer screening. She has presented at regional conferences on similar themes.
