Dr Angela Clifford is a Research Associate and Deputy Director for Research at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Keele University. With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, she focuses on impactful research addressing underserved communities and staff wellbeing. Her work spans aging, dementia, carer support, and methodological advancements in primary care and mental health.

Her research integrates epidemiology, psychology, and methodological innovation, emphasizing quantitative and qualitative approaches across dementia, long-term conditions, and maternal wellbeing. Angela supervises PhD and Professional Doctorate students and contributes to doctoral mentorship.
