Angela Belli is a Professor of English at St. John’s University and a former President of the New York College English Association. Her scholarly work bridges literature, medicine, and drama, with notable publications including the book Ancient Greek Myths and Modern Drama and the forthcoming Bodies and Barriers: Dramas of Dis-ease. She has co-edited the anthology Blood and Bone: Poems by Physicians and contributed essays to journals such as the Journal of Poetry Therapy, Literature and Medicine, and Medical Heritage.
