Andy S. Borovik

Andy S. Borovik is a Distinguished Professor of Chemistry at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), leading the Borovik Research Group. His research focuses on biomimetic chemistry, with an emphasis on designing synthetic systems that emulate biological metalloenzymes. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1986) and a B.S. from Humboldt State University (1981).
