Andrzej S. Nowak is a professor and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. He holds the Brasfield & Gorrie Professorship in Structural Engineering and has made significant contributions to structural reliability, bridge engineering, and load modeling.
