Andrii Biletskyi

Andrii Biletskyi serves as Administrative Director and researcher at the Anti-Corruption Research and Educational Centre (ACREC) of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine, while concurrently conducting postdoctoral research at the Institute for International Law and Foreign Constitutional Law within the Faculty of Law at the University of Zurich. His dual institutional affiliation bridges Ukrainian anti-corruption initiatives with Swiss academic research on judicial systems.

He earned his PhD in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penitentiary Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, providing foundational expertise for his current work. His research portfolio focuses on corruption risk assessment methodologies, development of anti-corruption programs for governmental and non-governmental organizations, implementation of corruption prevention measures, evaluation frameworks for anti-corruption authorities, and whistleblower protection systems.

Dr. Biletskyi's current postdoctoral research at the University of Zurich specifically examines vetting procedures for justice officials, addressing critical gaps in judicial integrity mechanisms. His scholarly contributions intersect with digital governance through active participation in the university's Digital Society Initiative (DSI), where he engages with the AI & Law and Ethics communities to explore technology's impact on legal accountability systems.

As a DSI community member, he contributes interdisciplinary perspectives on digital anti-corruption tools, legal tech applications for transparency, and ethical frameworks for algorithmic governance in public institutions. His work demonstrates a practical-academic nexus where theoretical research directly informs anti-corruption policy implementation in Eastern European contexts.
